We are programmed to resist Change.

More often than not, we want to keep things the same. We do not want our loved ones to change because we want want to be the Somebody in their lives that know them inside out-we want to own them, make them ours forever.

But we all know good times don't last and changes are ineluctable. And then we contend, we defy, we fight.

We point fingers at each other, we say " You've changed", we say nasty things about each other, we stab each other's back. And at the end of the day, we all bleed to death- hearts thrashed at and drained of tears. And only at that moment, we stopped to think, we realised the importance of self-restrain and found out that words, once spoken, cannot be eaten back. "If only.." we say.....

I have a friend whom I feel is trapped. A new self, a concealed part that was undiscovered. The desire to discover more, to go beyond the boundaries and to embark on an adventure.

Adventure comes with a price- objection from the people who loves you, who wants to still know you inside out.

Are you ready to pay the price?
